Forbes: Blockchain 50 - Billion Dollar Babies


This is an interesting article by Forbes detailing upcoming blockchain solutions that have potential to grow big. For each of the 50 entities in the list, it has listed the blockchain platform being used. It also cites some interesting numbers on the economics of blockchain. According to International Data Corp, total corporate and government spending on blockchain should hit $2.9 billion in 2019, an increase of 89% over the previous year, and reach $12.4 billion by 2022. When PwC surveyed 600 execs last year, 84% said their companies are involved with blockchain. 3Blue1Brown Youtube channel explains various mathematical concepts in a series of simple animation videos and is excellent for understanding the math behind the new technologies.

Algebra is at the foundation of several machine learning concepts. The videos at 3Blue1Brown will help you visualize and learn the mathematics required for machine learning quickly and intuitively.

There are several videos on machine learning, neural networks and other fundamental concepts.

Siraj Raval's Youtube channel is an energy filled journey to learn artificial intelligence and machine learning. In particular, check out his videos on The Math of Intelligence, Intro to Deep Learning, Tensorflow etc.
